Technical/Design Manager

We are looking for someone to head our technical team. Applicants should be computer literate, and will ideally have knowledge of CAD systems (SolidWorks).

Key responsibilities will be to develop and manage new, existing and bespoke product lines

The position will have multiple objectives and roles including but not limited to :

• Hands on product development and management
• Liaising with Sales Engineers and Clients on specific product requirements and technical data.
• Managing and motivating a dedicated team of designers and technicians.
• Strengthening the work flow and procedural commitment between Technical and Production departments.
• Extending Supplier knowledge in existing and emerging lighting technologies and specific market fields.
