Polaris

Overview

Fully recessed Solid State LED downlight based on the latest high power LED technology. polaris is manufactured from thermoplastic and a die cast aluminium heat sink with sprung ceiling clips and is available in two different beam angles with a choice of warm white or white LEDs. polaris is supplied with a suitable LED driver mounted on the rear of the housing.

Extremely robust, resistant to vibration and illuminates instantly at temperatures as low as -20°C.
Available with a choice of warm white or cool white LEDs.
Available with either 40° or 25° optics.
Sprung ceiling mounting brackets
Emits no UV or IR radiation and is therefore suitable for the illumination of sensitive materials or products.
Up to 50,000 hours virtually maintenance free operation.
Pre-attached LED driver.
