Epsilon X
Overview
The Epsilon X fitting is a self contained, non-maintained emergency luminaire within a 142mm diameter housing. This unique product is supplied with two lenses for use on escape routes or in open anti-panic areas. The unit is available with either both Self-Test and DALI auto test, or manual test technology. The Epsilon X incorporates the DALI/Self-Test LED driver, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery and high power LED. The Epsilon X is supplied complete with both surface and recessed mounting components for complete flexibility.

Manual Test Commissioning
On installation the luminaires will perform a self-test commissioning cycle which can take up to 51 hours to complete.
The typical luminaire charge time is 24 hours, after which a 3 hour duration test is initiated, followed by a further 24 hour charge period.
The manual test facility will then be activated, and the indicator LED will be a permanent green. After practical completion of commissioning, the luminaires should not require retesting.
